John McConville '20

Chief Executive & Investment Officer

Jack McConville is a double-major in Political Science and Philosophy at the College of the Holy Cross. He is a founding member of HCSIF and is also a member of the Rugby Team (HCRFC). Jack has previously worked as a equity research analyst CTMA Wealth Management, and looks to pursue employment in the field of Asset Management or Equity Research post-graduation. Jack hails from Connecticut and graduated from Xavier High School in 2016.

Margaret Burd '20

Chief Executive & Investment Officer

Margaret Burd is a double major in History and Economics at the College of the Holy Cross. At Holy Cross, Maggie is a founding member of HCSIF and part of the Women in Business Program. Maggie has previously interned at Kramer Levin Naftalis and Frenkel LLP, and most recently worked at Goldman Sachs as a Summer Analyst in the Securities Division. After graduation, Maggie wants to work in Investment Banking or Investment Management. She hails from Summit, New Jersey and graduated from Oak Knoll School of the Holy Child in 2016.

John Boyd '21

Chief Operating Officer

John Boyd is majoring in History and Economics at the College of the Holy Cross. Jack is a founding member of HCSIF as well as a member of the Rugby Team (HCRFC). In 2018, Jack interned in Securitized Products at Hunt Financial Securities in New York City. This past summer, he worked as an Analyst at inspire11, a Management Consulting Firm based in Chicago. After graduation, Jack hopes to work in Investment Banking or Investment Management. Boyd hails from Chicago, Illinois where he graduated from St. Ignatius College Prep in 2017.

Hayden Ivatts '21

Managing Director

Hayden Ivatts is currently majoring in Computer Science at the College of the Holy Cross. Hayden is a member of the Men’s Track and Field Team at Holy Cross and is a founding member of HCSIF. Hayden has previously interned at USDA and most recently found work as a Summer Analyst at Luma Investment Bank in New York City. After graduation, Hayden hopes to enter Investment Banking or Asset Management. Ivatts hails from Barrington, RI and graduated from Barrington High School in 2017.

John Mucci '21

Portfolio Manager

Jack Mucci is majoring in Italian and Economics at the College of the Holy Cross, is a member of the club baseball team on campus and is heavily involved with Working for Worcester. Jack has previously interned in Charlie Baker’s political Campaign as a Finance Intern. Jack hopes to enter Investment banking or Wealth Management post graduation.

Liam Busconi '21

Liam Busconi is pursuing his B.A. in Economics at the College of the Holy Cross. Liam is a dedicated member of Working for Worcester as well as a founding member of HCSIF, where he manages the fund’s Technology Sector. After graduation, Liam is interested in entering Investment Banking or Asset Management. Busconi Hails from Hopkinton, MA and graduated from St. Mark’s in 2017.

LJ Foley '21

Portfolio Manager

LJ Foley is pursuing his B.A. in Political Science at the College of the Holy Cross. LJ is a member of the Finance club, and also plays for the College’s Club Lacrosse and Club Hockey teams. He has most recently worked as a Summer Intern for Solus Alternative Asset Management. After graduation, LJ wants to continue working in Asset Management. He hails from Southport, Connecticut and graduated from The Taft School in 2017.

Brian Cottani '20

Portfolio Manager

Brian Cottani is pursuing his B.A. in Economics at the College of the Holy Cross. On campus, Brian is a member of the Rugby Team (HCRFC) as well as an admissions tour guide for the college. In the past, Brian has worked as an intern for The EastWest Institute in 2017, and is currently working for S&P Global Ratings. Upon graduation, Brian plans to work in Fixed Income. Cottani hails from Rye, NY and graduated from Rye HS in 2016.

Hannah Callaghan is pursuing her B.A in Economics at the College of the Holy Cross. On Campus, Hannah is the captain of the Club Lacrosse team and remains a pivotal member in Working for Worcester as a Site-Manager. Currently, Hannah serves as a Portfolio Manager within the Consumers Sector of HCSIF. Hannah hopes to enter Investment Management upon graduation. Callaghan hails from Holmes, NY and graduated from Holmes HS in 2016.

Emmet Dalton '20

Portfolio Manager

Emmett Dalton is pursuing his B.A in Economics at the College of the Holy Cross. On Campus, Emmet is a CSI mentor through which he devotes much of his time volunteering at Holy Cross. Emmett has previously interned as a Summer Analyst at Clark Advisors in 2018 and is currently working as a Canvas Fundamental Research Group Intern at Point 72. Emmett currently serves as a Portfolio Manager within the technology sector of HCSIF and hopes to enter Asset Management upon graduation. Dalton hails from Boston, MA and graduated from the Roxbury Latin School in 2016.

Colin Boylan '22

Educational Director & Analyst

Colin Boylan is pursuing his B.A. in Economics at the College of the Holy Cross. Colin works on campus as a Residence Assistant, and is a member of the Club Baseball team. He has interned with start-up Lumberland Co, and most recently interned for Northwestern Mutual. After graduation Colin hopes to work in Wealth Management. He hails from Manchester, New Hampshire and graduated from St. Mark’s School in 2018.

Jack Sandor is pursuing his B.A. in Economics at the College of the Holy Cross. Jack is a member of the Holy Cross Club Golf Team, as well as an admissions guide for the college. He also works as the announcer for the Holy Cross Men’s Hockey Team. After graduation he hopes to work in Asset Management or Investment Banking. Jack hails from Glen Ellyn, Illinois and graduated from Fenwick High School in 2018.

Leif Johnson '21

Analyst

Leif Johnson is pursuing his B.A. in Economics at the College of the Holy Cross. On campus, Leif is a prominent member of the Finance Club, as well as Holy Cross’s environmental concerns organization, Eco-Action. Additionally, Leif participates in the Big Brothers/Big Sisters program, and Uni2Act—an intersectional bilingual theater troupe. In the past, Leif has worked as a Wealth Management Intern with UBS, and is currently employed as a Private Equity intern at Blueprint Capital Advisors LLC. After graduation, Leif wants to work in Wealth Management, Investment Banking, or Securities and Trading. Johnson hails from Garden City, New Jersey and graduated from St. Anthony's HS in 2017.

Sean Kelly '21

Analyst

Sean Kelly is pursuing a B.S. in Neuroscience at the College of the Holy Cross. On campus, he is heavily involved with Neuroscience research and currently serves as a Senior Analyst of the Technology Sector in HCSIF. He has interned as a Visual Neuroscience Researcher and hopes to work in Investment Banking or Private Equity. He hails from Newmarket, New Hampshire and graduated from St. Thomas Aquinas High School in 2017.

Liz Timmons '21

Analyst

Liz Timmons is pursuing her B.A in both Economics and Architectural Studies at the College of the Holy Cross. On Campus she is a member of Club Field Hockey, SPUD, Relay for Life and a Bursar’s Office Assistant. She currently serves as an analyst of the Technology Sector in HCSIF and will be a Summer Analyst in S&T at Jeffries next Summer. Timmons hails from Madison, NJ and graduated from Madison High School in 2017.

Ethan Hensely '21

Senior Analyst

Ethan Hensley is pursuing his B.A in Economics with a double minor in Statistics and German at the College of the Holy Cross. On Campus, Ethan is part of the German Club, Finance Club, the Dana Scholarship program, and currently works as a Resident Assistant while at school. Ethan has most previously interned as a Budget intern at the NH state house and currently serves as a technology analyst within the technology sector. Ethan hopes to enter the field of either Asset or Wealth Management upon graduation. Hensley hails from Merrimack, NH and graduated from Merrimack High School in 2017.

Robert Hunter is pursuing his B.A. in Economics at the College of the Holy Cross. At Holy Cross, he is a member of the Finance club, and most recently was employed as a Wealth Management Intern at Advisors Capital Management. After Graduation, Robert wants to pursue Investment Banking or Wealth Management. He hails from Warwick New York, and graduated from Don Bosco High School in 2017.
